Hoy, Dina Boluarte, presidenta de la República, firmó la autógrafa de ley que crea la nueva Autoridad Nacional de Infraestructura. Esta nueva institución tendrá, entre otras, el reto de cerrar brechas de infraestructura en nuestro país. No obstante, y de acuerdo a lo previamente alertado por Derecho, Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (DAR), dicha entidad debe asegurar una infraestructura sostenible, que respete la normatividad ambiental y los derechos de la población, lo cual debe quedar plasmado claramente en el reglamento que la rija.

Proposals for an Infrastructure for Life, to be implemented by the new National Infrastructure Authority, are presented

Today, Dina Boluarte, President of the Republic, signed the autograph of the law that creates the new National Infrastructure Authority. This new institution will have, among others, the challenge of closing infrastructure gaps in our country. However, and according to what was previously warned by Derecho, Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (DAR), this entity must ensure a sustainable infrastructure that respects environmental regulations and the rights of the population, which must be clearly stated in the regulations that govern it.

Dina Boluarte, Presidente da República, assinou hoje o autógrafo da lei que cria a nova Autoridade Nacional de Infra-estruturas. Esta nova instituição terá, entre outros, o desafio de colmatar as lacunas de infra-estruturas no nosso país. No entanto, tal como já foi alertado pelo Derecho, Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (DAR), esta entidade deve assegurar uma infraestrutura sustentável que respeite as normas ambientais e os direitos da população, que devem estar claramente expressos nos regulamentos que a regem.

Em segunda votação, a Comissão Permanente do Congresso da República aprovou, com 23 votos favoráveis, 6 contrários e 1 abstenção, o texto substitutivo do parecer que reúne os Projetos de Lei nº 4550, 4576, 4642, 4678, 4908 e 5291, que propõe a criação da Autoridade Nacional de Infra-Estrutura (ANIN).

In a second vote, the Permanent Commission of the Congress of the Republic approved with 23 votes in favor, 6 against and 1 abstention the substitute text of the opinion that groups Bills No. 4550, 4576, 4642, 4678, 4908 and 5291, which proposes the creation of the National Infrastructure Authority (ANIN).
