Dina Boluarte, Presidente da República, assinou hoje o autógrafo da lei que cria a nova Autoridade Nacional de Infra-estruturas. Esta nova instituição terá, entre outros, o desafio de colmatar as lacunas de infra-estruturas no nosso país. No entanto, tal como já foi alertado pelo Derecho, Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (DAR), esta entidade deve assegurar uma infraestrutura sustentável que respeite as normas ambientais e os direitos da população, que devem estar claramente expressos nos regulamentos que a regem.

Today, Dina Boluarte, President of the Republic, signed the autograph of the law that creates the new National Infrastructure Authority. This new institution will have, among others, the challenge of closing infrastructure gaps in our country. However, and according to what was previously warned by Derecho, Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (DAR), this entity must ensure a sustainable infrastructure that respects environmental regulations and the rights of the population, which must be clearly stated in the regulations that govern it.

En segunda votación la Comisión Permanente del Congreso de la República aprobó con 23 votos a favor, 6 en contra y 1 abstención el texto sustitutorio del dictamen que agrupa los proyectos de Ley Nº 4550, 4576, 4642, 4678, 4908 y 5291, que propone la creación de de la Autoridad Nacional de Infraestructura (ANIN).
