Lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP), specializing in Environmental Law and Natural Resources at the same university.

He has more than five years of experience in the public and private sectors, having worked in regional and sectoral governments, as well as in educational institutions and private sector organizations.

He currently joins the DAR team as a specialist in the Sustainability Program, with an interest in promoting more inclusive and decentralized environmental public policies based on his experience in local governance and territorial management.
