Gianella Guillén Fernandez

Specialist

Bachelor's degree in Geography and Environment from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP), with a Master's degree in Economics (specializing in Management and Public Policy) from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (UNMSM).

Specialized in Space Engineering and Technologies applied to territorial monitoring from the University of Samara (Russia), with additional studies in sustainable finance and environmental constitutional law.

She has more than nine years of experience in the public and private sectors, focusing on indigenous peoples' rights and the empowerment of Amazonian indigenous women leaders in participatory and gender justice processes.
