Systems and Computer Engineer from the Universidad Nacional de la Amazonía Peruana (UNAP). With more than seven years of experience in the public and private sectors, committed to environmental governance and human rights.

Graduate of the Master’s Degree in Public Management, with additional studies in Advanced Amazonian Studies, Sustainable Development, Environmental Constitutional Law, and Process Management.

His expertise focuses on projects involving human rights defenders, with a particular emphasis on supporting indigenous defenders. His strength lies in coordinating efforts between various organizations (indigenous, civil society, and state) to build and implement prevention and protection strategies, promoting a safe environment and respect for rights.
